This initiative establishes a direct supply channel from Africa to China, while enabling seamless coordination among regional hubs: the Nantong warehouse serves the massive Yangtze River Delta consumption and processing market, and the Northeast warehouse links major domestic production areas with northern demand. Integrated with inland nodes, the Qingdao hub empowers flexible inventory allocation and rapid nationwide distribution—enhancing supply chain resilience and responsiveness. As the first imported commodity stocked, African sesame underscores the platform’s role in advancing dual-circulation development and optimizing global–local agricultural resource allocation.
