On July 3, Guolian Co., Ltd. (603613.SH) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Bekabad City Administration in Uzbekistan’s Tashkent region to jointly implement multiple investment projects. Attended by Bekabad Mayor Babayev Nurilloev and Guolian executives including CFO Tian Tao and VP Cui Lili, the partnership leverages Guolian’s industrial internet platform (PTDCloud) and cross-border e-commerce capabilities to foster deep, multi-level collaboration in industry and supply chains. Positioned along the Belt and Road Initiative’s western corridor, Bekabad—a key inland city in Central Asia—offers strategic access to five landlocked neighbors. The collaboration will establish a local entity to drive sustainable industrial development through resource sharing and complementary strengths.
