攀枝花氯化钛渣厂优质生铁首次实现适销对路

2021年7月17日，一辆装满100吨优质生铁的大卡车完成装载、称重后顺利驶出钛氯化渣厂。这是攀枝花钛氯化渣厂首次成功实现优质生铁出口销售，也标志着攀西钛精矿升级为钛氯化渣项目成功实现渣生产，优质副产品正式开始市场销售。

2021年7月17日，满载100吨高品质生铁的大货车完成装车、过磅，顺利从氯化钛渣厂驶出。这是攀枝花公司氯化钛渣厂首批高品质生铁成功实现外售，也标志着50万吨攀西钛精矿升级转化氯化钛渣项目成功实现出渣生产后，高品质副产品正式开始市场化销售。

生铁是钛氯化渣厂生产钛渣产品之外的副产品，为了提高其附加值，钛氯化渣厂在投资中，对集团其他基地的铁质量、铸铁等方面进行了全面研究，并结合钛氯化渣厂的实际情况进行了多项工艺改进和创新，采用先进技术，产品质量更好，所产生的铁块小、精致且纯度高，可以直接进入炉中熔化，产品受到市场的好评和认可。这一举措不仅大大提高了钛渣副产品的质量，更有力地提升了产品的市场价格。
